Welcome to Milton Keynes City Orchestra’s exciting season of concerts in 2005 – 2006. This year features a wide range of music and venues to suit music lovers of all ages and interests, so we look forward to welcoming you to our forthcoming events…

As the city’s own professional orchestra we are delighted to continue to work in partnership with Milton Keynes Theatre, presenting some of the finest works for orchestra - highlights include Holst’s Planet Suite, Berlioz’ Symphonie fantastique and a tribute to Mozart as we celebrate the 250th anniversary of the birth of this genius.

Following many requests, particularly for Christmas music, we will be expanding the Orchestra’s concert work into Woburn Church – presenting a series of three performances for Christmas, Spring and our collaboration with Danesborough Chorus in the Summer. 

The Orchestra also makes a welcome return to Stantonbury Campus Theatre, from where it all started over 30 years ago, with a varied season of music for young people and their families in the school holidays – Music for Kids.
