Conductors Development Programme - 18-20th May 2012

The Orchestras first ever Conductors Development Weekend took place in May and proved a definite success!

We worked with 8 fantastic aspiring conductors who were guided and tutored by Sian Edwards, Principal Conductor.

I hope this is an aspect of the orchestra’s work that you can develop.  There are so few opportunities like this for people outside the music college environment (particularly where the goal is not to make money out of the participants!), and particularly with Sian’s teaching at the core of the weekend, surely it is a great model for future success.
